Plans are built around the order value, furniture type, service area, photos, receipt, and selected term.

Common exclusions
- Normal wear, intentional damage, abuse, pests, mold, fire, flood, and structural defects.
- Manufacturer defects, recalled items, commercial use, and full replacement unless approved in writing.
- Mattress coverage is separate and only available after written eligibility review.
Furniture Care Plans are quote based and subject to written terms, eligibility, limits, exclusions, service area approval, and applicable Texas service contract requirements.
